Welcome to Blackbird Event Group. These Terms & Conditions govern the relationship between you (the “Client”) and Blackbird Event Group (“Blackbird,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By engaging our services, you agree to the following terms:

1. SERVICES

1.1 Blackbird provides event planning, production, consultancy, and luxury services, including but not limited to brand activations, corporate events, weddings, media productions, and bespoke experiences. 1.2 Services are customized per client, and detailed scopes will be outlined in a formal agreement.

2. BOOKINGS & PAYMENTS

2.1 A deposit is required to secure any booking. The percentage of the deposit varies per service and will be specified in the agreement. 2.2 Full payment must be made before the event, unless otherwise agreed in writing. 2.3 Late payments may incur additional fees and could result in cancellation of services.

3. CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY

3.1 Cancellations must be made in writing. 3.2 Refunds are subject to cancellation timing. Deposits are generally non-refundable unless stated otherwise in the agreement. 3.3 If an event is canceled due to force majeure (e.g., natural disasters, government restrictions), we will work with you to reschedule, subject to availability.

4. LIABILITY & INSURANCE

4.1 Blackbird is not liable for unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, including third-party vendor failures. 4.2 Clients are advised to obtain event insurance to cover cancellations, damages, and liabilities.

5. THIRD-PARTY VENDORS

5.1 We work with trusted partners and suppliers, but final responsibility for their performance lies with the vendor. 5.2 Vendor agreements may include their own terms and conditions, which clients must review separately.

6. VENUES & ACCOMMODATIONS

6.1 Blackbird only works with licensed venues and accommodations. For villa rentals, all properties are legally licensed under official ETV regulations. 6.2 We are fully registered with API (Asociación Profesional Inmobiliaria de Ibiza) and comply with all legal requirements regarding real estate services. 6.3 Under our private label, Homes by Blackbird, we specialize in high-end property rentals and sales.

7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY & MEDIA USAGE

7.1 Any concepts, proposals, or designs created by Blackbird remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed in writing. 7.2 By engaging our services, the client agrees that Blackbird may use video and photo materials obtained at events for marketing and promotional purposes, including but not limited to social media, website content, and future proposals. 7.3 Clients who do not wish for media to be used must notify Blackbird in writing before the event.

8. CONFIDENTIALITY

8.1 Any personal or business information shared with us will be treated confidentially and will not be disclosed to third parties without consent. 8.2 Sensitive business data (e.g., strategic brand activations) will be protected under separate NDA agreements when applicable.

9. DISPUTES & GOVERNING LAW

9.1 Any disputes arising from these terms shall first be attempted to be resolved amicably. 9.2 If a resolution cannot be reached, disputes will be subject to the laws and jurisdiction of Spain.

By confirming a booking with Blackbird Event Group, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
